If you are fit, punctual and polite and live in or around the Brighton area we would like to hear from you. Previous experience would be an advantage but not necessary as all training will be given

You do not need formal qualifications to work as local crew but you may have an advantage with experience and qualifications in electronics, electrical work, sound production or lighting.

A good knowledge of a range of musical instruments also helps as you may be responsible for setting them up for the musicians. The more skills you have, the more employable you will be.

It would be helpful to have a driving license. You may have an advantage if you have a Forklift / Telehandler license or Passenger Service Vehicle (PSV) license.

Basic Requirements

1. You must be physically able. Crew work entails heavy lifting and carrying
2. You must have steel toe capped protective footwear
3. You must be able to understand instructions given in English
4. You must have an N.I. Number
5. You must be willing to wear all black clothing when working
6. CCC is a PAYE company, so all personnel will be taxed according to their relevant Tax Code (unless a registered company) & are entitled to statutory Holiday Pay.
